Phyto Atomy Return & Refund Policy
Phyto Atomy is committed to ensuring that customers receive products of the highest quality. Our primary resolution method for any eligible issue is replacement, and returns or refunds are permitted only in limited and justified circumstances as outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made within India through Phyto Atomy’s official platforms and authorized sales channels.
In the event that a customer receives a product that is damaged during transit, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, the customer must notify Phyto Atomy within 7 days from the date of delivery. Upon verification, replacement of the product will be offered as the first and preferred solution. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
To qualify for a replacement, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with all seals, labels, and packaging intact, except where the replacement request is due to a manufacturing defect. Proof of purchase and supporting images or videos may be required to validate the claim.
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance, opened or used consumables, personal care products, cosmetics, supplements, and wellness items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if a verified manufacturing defect is reported within the eligible period, a replacement product will be provided, subject to inspection and approval.
Refunds or returns will be considered only when replacement is not feasible, such as when the same product or an equivalent substitute is unavailable. In such cases, Phyto Atomy may, at its sole discretion, process a refund to the original mode of payment within 7 to 10 business days after approval.
To initiate a replacement request, customers must contact Phyto Atomy Customer Support within the specified time frame and provide complete order details along with evidence of the issue. Once approved, the customer may be required to return the affected product to the designated address. Products returned for replacement are subject to quality inspection.
When a replacement is approved due to an error attributable to Phyto Atomy, such as dispatch of an incorrect or defective product, the cost of return shipping and re-delivery will be borne by the company. Replacement requests arising from misuse, improper storage, or damage after delivery will not be accepted.
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Phyto Atomy maintains an effective grievance redressal mechanism. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within a reasonable period not exceeding one month. Grievance officer details are available on the official Phyto Atomy website.
Phyto Atomy reserves the right to amend or modify this Replacement, Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy applicable at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
